What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
What if we arrive late or very early?
Please let us know your arrival time in advance. Reception hours may vary, but there is always a member of our team on site. Early check-in / late check-out may be possible depending on availability.
Do you offer online check-in?
Yes — online check-in is available and can help you save time on arrival.
Can you store our luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes — luggage storage is available.
Where is breakfast served and what time? Can I add breakfast if it’s not included in my booking?
Breakfast is served at the pool bar area (table service) daily from 08:00 to 11:30. If breakfast is not included in your booking, you can add it for €15 per person, per day.
What is included in breakfast?
Our continental breakfast includes Greek yogurt, a hard-boiled egg, cheese, one savory pastry, one sweet pastry, a pancake, a bread roll, fresh fruit salad, fresh orange juice, coffee and tea. Jams, honey, butter, muesli and cornflakes are also available.
Do you offer room service?
We can bring drinks and snacks to your room. Breakfast room service is also available upon request.
What are the pool and bar hours?
The pool is open daily from 11:30 to 20:30. The pool bar is open daily from 08:00 to 22:30.
Do you provide pool / beach towels?
Yes — towels are provided free of charge for our guests. They can also be used at the beach and are changed daily.
Do you offer food at the hotel?
We serve snacks, cocktails and drinks at the pool bar. We also cooperate with selected partner restaurants and can arrange food service at the pool bar from 13:00 to 22:00.
Do you have Wi-Fi? Is it free?
Yes — free Wi-Fi is available.
Is there a kettle / coffee / tea in the room?
Yes — a kettle and coffee/tea facilities are available.
